Entry requirements
Qualifi's published criteria, quoted as data. London School of Planning and Management (LSPM) checks each applicant against them before registration.
Approved Centres are responsible for reviewing and making decisions as to the applicant’s ability to complete the learning programme successfully and meet the demands of the qualification.
The initial assessment by the centre will need to consider the support that is readily available or can be made available to meet individual learner needs as appropriate.
During recruitment, approved centres need to provide learners with accurate information on the title and focus of the qualification for which they are studying.
The qualification has been designed to be accessible without artificial barriers that restrict access.
For this qualification, applicants must be aged 18 or over.
In the case of applicants whose first language is not English, then IELTS 6 (or equivalent) is required.
International qualifications will be checked for appropriate enrolment to UK higher education postgraduate programmes where applicable.
The applicants are normally required to produce two supporting references, at least one of which should preferably be academic.
Each unit is assessed by written work set against that unit's learning outcomes. There are no timed examinations. Units are recorded as achieved rather than graded. See how LSPM teaches and assesses for the marking and verification process.
Marked by LSPM, verified by Qualifi
LSPM's tutors mark and give written feedback. Qualifi samples marked work before results are ratified. A referred submission can be reworked after feedback.
Where it leads
On completion you hold Level 5 credit in project, risk and safety management. The usual next steps are a Level 6 diploma from the same awarding body or a final-year university top-up, subject in every case to the receiving institution's decision. See top-up routes.
